Interview with Samantha.

She went to school at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Samantha earned her doctor of pharmacy which is a graduate degree. She had to take specific classes in biology.  She also medical science to join the School of pharmacy. She works at Sr. Mary's Hospital. Her job is like a safety officer. Nurses and doctors call her, she picks the right and safe medicine so the patients become healthy again. She takes orders from doctors and nurses. She tells the nurses the safe mixture of different types of medicines. She has to double check her work. She works as a team with other pharmacists.There are two types of pharmacists retail and hospital. Before she worked at the hospital she worked at Target.  All medication in the hospital is her responsibility. Now that she works at the hospital she misses talking to her patients. She works the evening shift because the hospital is open 24 hours a day. First job of the day is to check and make sure the medics that the technicians is correct. She needs to remember to stay calm so she doesn't make mistakes. She's not only working at St.Mary's, in the evening she also gets orders from Effingham and Streeter. She was good at math and science. That is why she wanted to become a pharmacist.
